Site Plan Control applies to all lands in the City, except the following types of development:
- Single detached dwellings,
- Semi-detached dwellings, and
- Duplexes.
Development within or near open space and natural areas, wetlands, and areas identified as hazard lands, require Environmental Assessments. You can find these impact assessment studies within the City of Dryden's Official Plan.
